FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Julie Pilitis
is EverSonix’s key leader. She is a distinguished neurosurgeon, chair of the University of Arizona Department of Neurosurgery, and a world-renowned leader in pain management, with 280 journal articles and 5 textbooks to her credit. She has served as President of the North American Neuromodulation Society. Her depth of clinical expertise, deep clinical and strategic connections, and experienced leadership will drive EverSonix to success.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Dr. Chris Diederich
leads LoFUS’ technical development. Dr. Diederich is a Professor Emeritus at the University of California at San Francisco, recognized for leading the Ultrasound - Thermal Therapy Research Group and as Director of Clinical Hyperthermia Physics. He has over 40 years of expertise in the research and development of ultrasound technology for thermal and acoustic therapies, with over 220 scientific publications (h index=59) and 21 issued US patents in this field.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jennifer Williams
has a strong background in medical device development. Jennifer leads operations to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation. Her expertise spans operational excellence, business process improvement, and program management in technology-driven environments. She partners closely with the leadership team to streamline processes, foster an inclusive environment, and drive innovation through the development of advanced ultrasound technology.

Christine Hunt, DO, MS is an Associate Professor and the Vice Chair of Quality in the Department of Pain Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Florida. She is also the Associate Director of Mayo Clinic Military Medicine in Florida. She serves on the Board of Directors of the North American Neuromodulation Society, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, and the Special Operations Fund. She has published over 90 articles, most pertaining to the field of neuromodulation and/or opioid-sparing strategies for pain management, including incorporation of the use of ultrasound.

Erich W. Wolf II, MD, PhD, is a neurosurgeon with over 25 years experience in neuromodulation. With a PhD in biomedical engineering, Dr. Wolf founded and now serves as Chairman and Chief Technical Officer of Wavegate Corporation.

David Provenzano is President of Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care, where he leads a team focused on innovative, evidence-based pain management. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff at Western PA Surgery Center and the Quality Assurance Committees for Heritage Valley Healthcare Network CIN/ACO. He is recognized with multiple awards for academic and clinical achievements, including the 2024 North American Neuromodulation Society Presidential Award and the ESRA-Spain Distinguished Service Award. Dr. Provenzano has published over 100 scientific articles and has been a principal investigator on numerous research studies. His research focuses on neuromodulation, radiofrequency lesioning, ultrasound, and healthcare safety. He has contributed as an author to major guidelines on infection control in pain procedures, radiofrequency ablation treatments, corticosteroid use, spinal stenosis interventions, and spinal cord stimulation.

Clement Hamani is a Professor in Neurosurgery/ Surgery and Co-chair of the Neurosurgery research council at the University of Toronto. He is a Senior scientist at the Sunnybrook Research Institute, Research Director of the Hurvitz Brain Sciences Program, preclinical lead of the Harquail Centre for Neuromodulation and a neurosurgeon at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences centre. In 2013, he won the Ohye Award, awarded by the World Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery (WSSFN) to promote clinical research in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery. Dr. Hamani is dedicated to the development of new ways of modulating the nervous system and discovering new applications for techniques to stimulate the brain and spinal cord.
